Reflection of Mount Chowkhamba
Snow-covered peaks of Mount Chowkhamba rest quietly above still water, their reflection dissolving into soft blue tones. The image carries a sense of calm and distance, where the mountains feel less like a landscape and more like a fading dream held briefly by light.
This hand-made cyanotype print was created using traditional photographic chemicals, sunlight exposure, water, and a physical negative. The delicate gradients, deep indigo tones, and handmade brush edges are all shaped naturally through the analogue process, making each print completely unique.
Printed carefully by hand on 300 GSM watercolour paper, this artwork exists as a single original piece. No digital reproduction can recreate the same textures, atmosphere, or subtle imperfections formed during exposure and washing.
